R. BRADLEY SNYDER is President of New Amsterdam Consulting. Trained in research methods, child psychology and software pedagogy, Mr. Snyder has been called upon to inform the development of applications and other media for cutting-edge interactive agencies like Razorfish, Scient and answerthink, industry leaders like Procter & Gamble, Guardian Life and E*TRADE, and media giants like Turner Broadcasting System, Disney and the Financial Times. He is best known for his work with children. Mr. Snyder has conducted usability tests with hemophilic teenagers for Baxter Healthcare Corporation, led focus groups for Discovery Kids, shaped the message and tone of television programs for Cartoon Network, and studied youth inside juvenile prisons. The projects he has designed and managed have helped develop
raw concepts into some of the industry’s most successful programs, campaigns, videogames and new technologies. In 2008, Phoenix Business Journal named Mr. Snyder one of the city’s forty top business leaders under forty years-old. Mr. Snyder’s forthcoming book, The 5 Simple Truths of Raising Kids, already is being praised for its insight and humor. |

CHAD K. BURGGRAF is a Software Developer at NAC. Educated in Computer Science and Software Engineering, he has extensive experience building distributed applications for the web and other media. Mr. Burggraf is particularly interested in human-computer interaction and the development of software that maximizes usability. Chad is the principal architect and developer of NAC's flagship survey instrument platform, which currently powers The Council of Juvenile Correctional Administrators' Community-based Standards and Yearbook data collection applications. This platform will soon take over data collection and reporting for CJCA's acclaimed Performance-based Standards program, and will enable NAC and CJCA to use one of the most advanced data instruments in the industry to improve the lives of at-risk youth across the country.
