AUTOMATED DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS
Automated survey methodologies, like Web-based questionnaires and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) surveys, have decreased costs and increased response rates compared to mail or in-person surveys. We promote these methodologies to give our clients the greatest value. Furthermore, because we utilize our own proprietary tool, New Amsterdam Consulting is able to put surveys in the field quickly and to deliver findings in a timely manner.
The usefulness of survey findings is not purely a function of sample size. The structure of the survey and the wording of its questions are as important as the number of respondents. We call on our extensive experience managing immense social science survey projects as well as our training in psychology and related survey techniques to ensure that our surveys measure exactly what our clients need measured. Additionally, we use our qualitative research techniques to test survey questions and increase comprehension.
